Didn't have to cook for other people so the vegetarian diet was easier today! Yesterday two of my brothers were fixing my roof and fence. They are not vegetarians!


1/2 cup Krusteaz protein pancake mix = 220 calories, 15 g pro, 4 g fiber; 1/2 cup raspberries = 40 calories, 2 g fiber; 1/4 cup sugar free syrup = 10 calories

I thought the cheese pizza was lower in calories so went over...also portion sizes too large at supper
