Simple but yummy French toast with trio of berries and taste of sugar free syrup. Sk.ipped the turkey bacon in keeping with the lower amounts of meat, especially processed meat in the Mediterranean Diet

1/4th cup of peanuts for a morning snack. Then leftovers from Captain D's blackened tilapia meal make a tasty lunch.
