Carbmaster yogurt has only 4 grams carbohydrate per serving. Combine it with berries or with nuts. 1/4th cup of walnuts has only 2 grams carbs and adds a wonderful heart healthy crunch to the yogurt!


Nonfat Greek Yogurt = 8 carbs, 100 calories, 14 g pro; 1/4 cup chopped walnuts = 2 carbs, 180 calories, 4 g pro, 2 g fiber

Keto bar = 3 carbs, 190 calories, 7 g pro, 9 g fiber

Just a little high on carbs and over on calories today..the keto bar is putting me over on calories..checked out some other options on these at Kroger (shown below)


Kroger had these Atkins bars on sale but most have 190 calories each; one had 140 calories... low carbs of course
