Few Foods Elimination Diet Day2

I know it needs color but I will have to get some flowers to garnish with (not to eat). There is very little color in this diet! This meal is delicious! Breakfast of gluten free pancake, turkey bacon and "fried" pears.


Spaghetti squash and turkey meatballs. I cooked the meatballs and froze a serving in individual containers. If left in refrigerator or unfrozen, more histamine will develop in foods, especially high protein foods. Histamine is the substance that results in the symtoms of "hay fever". (Yes, this is a repeat of yesterday's lunch but I did eat some romaine lettuce with it!


Roast turkey and "fried" sweet potatoes. Dessert was rice krispies with rice milk.
Snacked on rice krispies today.
