1300 calorie Nutrisystem-like Diet Day 3
Goals: 1300 calories, 65 grams protein, 18 - 20 grams fiber and read how to stop sugar cravings!!
Breakfast: Better Oats, PB Fit peanutbutter powder, turkey sausage = 255 calories, 18.5 grams pro, 6 grams fiber
Snacks: 2 slices lite toast, 2 tsp peanut butter, 2 tsp jelly; 1 tsp peanut butter with 18 oyster crackers = 170 calories, 6 g pro, 5 g fiber; 65 calories, 1.5 g pro; 1/2 cup cinnamon crunch cereal = 85 calories, 1 g pro, 1 g fiber
Lunch: Pulled pork bbq (2 ozs) on slider bun, coleslaw, "fried" potato with arugula = 325 calories, 17 g pro, 3 g fiber
Dinner: Lean Cuisine Tortilla Crusted Fish with rice and corn and poblano peppers, pinto beans, cucumber slices with low fat ranch dressing = 490 calories, 22 g pro, 8 g fiber
Total 1390 calories, 65 g pro, 23 g fiber




I am battling a sugar addiction, in Kentucky we call it a sweet tooth - a nicer name for sugar addiction. Nothing left in my house at this point that is a sweet, other than in the freezer. But, I am thinking about sweets! Removing temptation helps, although I may purchase some tootsie rolls since I do not like those much and some Fiber One bars, just to stop thinking about this. Fruit has been tasting better since I have cut down on sweets!
