Last day for this 1300 calorie Nutrisystem like diet. Nutrisystem has prepackaged meals, some frozen and others ready to go. Most taste fair to good. I tried 2 Weight Watchers frozen meals this week. The Creamy Basil Chicken was good but the Homestyle Pot Roast looks a lot better on the package than it tastes!
Tomorrow and Sunday I will be providing information on which diet works best for weight loss and how to lose weight and keep it off!! Monday I will start the Mediterranean Diet modified to reduce calories. The Mediterranean Diet is known as the healthiest diet.
