This diet is designed for a busy life with convenient food choices that are low calorie. Of course, I am counting the calories along with the protein and fiber...but it is worth it.


JD Delights Croissant Turkey Sausage Egg White and Cheese = 290 calories, 15 g protein, 4 g fiber

leftover Wendy's copycat chili = 220 calories, 14 g protein, 5 g fiber; 36 mini oyster crackers = 70 calories, 2 g pro; carrots = 40 calories, 2 g fiber


Snacks for afternoon and evening: 3 cookie thins = 75 calories; 1 slice ff cheese = 35 calories, 5 g pro, 1 slice lite bread = 35 calories, 2.5 g pro, 2.5 g fiber; 6 grapes = 40 calories, 1 g fiber


Dinner is a frozen prepackaged meal with added green beans similar to Nutrisystem style meals.
