Saturday with too much to do to finish up grades for my class, house projects and cook!

Omelet with 2 eggs, 1 slice urkey bacon., onion, spinach, tomato and 1 tbsp shredded reduced fat cheese cooked in 1 tsp olive oil; 2 lite toast and 1 tsp jelly = 347 calories, 26 g pro, 6 g fiber

1/2 cup cherries = 40 calories, .5 g pro, 1.2 g fiber

1 chocolate kiss with 2 peanuts = 35 caories

Bean burrito with 1/2 cup pinto beans refried in 1 tsp EVOO, 2 tbsp reduced fat shredded cheese, and low carb wrap = 250 calories, 13 g pro, 16 g fiber and 2 tbsp guacamole and vegetables = 30 +25 calories, 1 g pro, 2.25 g fiber

Snack of 1 tsp peanut butter with 18 oyster crackers = 65 calories, 1 g pro

2 tootsie rolls = 50 calories

400 calories, 21 g pro, 3 g fiber

Total for day = 1182 calories, 61.5 g pro, 27.4 g fiber

I have been on this diet for 2 weeks and lost 6 pounds - which is amazing for me...usually 1 pound per week would be my weight loss!
